Notice To Vendors and Solicitors The North Dakota Department of Health, Division of Waste Management is a regulatory agency whose purpose is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations relating to solid and hazardous waste, underground storage tanks, Brownfields, polychlorinated biphenyls, pollution prevention, recycling, abandoned automobiles, antifreeze/antiboil fluids and petroleum products. The Division welcomes product and service information related to these topics.
