Hazardous Waste Site Identification

The North Dakota Hazardous Waste Management Rules require regulated generators to have a site identification number.

Generators may not offer their hazardous waste to transporters who have not received an identification number and a transporters permit. Neither may a generator offer their hazardous waste to treatment, storage or disposal facilities that have not received an identification number and applied for a permit.
