North Dakota Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Disabled (ICFMR)


There are 70 ICF/MR facilities in North Dakota. Each are surveyed annually by the Division of Health Facilities, and based on the survey results are recommended for certification by the Division of Developmental Disabilities, North Dakota Department of Human Services.
