North Dakota Basic Care Facilities
Currently
North Dakota licenses basic care facilities and they are not certified by
CMS to participate in the Medicare/Medicaid programs. Licensure of the
basic care facility makes them eligible for state funding for basic care
services. There are 53 basic care facilities in ND.
Rural Assistance Center
RAC helps rural communities and other rural stakeholders access the full
range of available programs, funding, and research that can enable them to provide quality health and human services to rural
residents.
