The Free Materials Exchange site, FreeME, is an online service that links people who have items to give away with people who can use those items. Information provided through the FreeME web site is supplied by the listing party. The North Dakota Department of Health is not responsible for any warranty, expressed or implied accuracy of the materials or the described suitability of an item’s particular use. It is the legal responsibility of each party to determine whether a listed material is a hazardous waste or a hazardous material. Both hazardous and solid wastes must be managed in accordance with relevant regulations and laws. It is the responsibility of individuals and companies involved to make arrangements for handling or transport of materials listed. The North Dakota Department of Health reserves the right not to list a material, to delist a material, or edit information provided by the listing party.
