The following sites are
submitting data on a timely basis. To access a site, left
click on the icon. When prompted, enter your username and
password. You will NOT be able to access the site without the
correct login for each site listed below. To obtain a username
and password,
click here to send an email to the surveillance staff
requesting access. Upon authorization from the corresponding
institution you will be contacted with authorized login information.
The surveillance reports for the
sites below are updated daily at 3 PM CST. Due to processing
time, data must be received by 12 PM CST each day to be posted at 3
PM CST. If your data is submitted later than 12 PM, the data
will be posted the next business day. |
