  • Anaphylaxis Action Plan
    An anaphylaxis action plan is an individualized disease management plan developed by a health-care provider and the client/student with his or her family. The North Dakota Anaphylaxis Action Plan, filled out in its entirety, meets the requirement of North Dakota Century Code Chapter 15.1-19 and can be used to document a student's ability to possess and self-administer the emergency anaphylaxis medications in all North Dakota schools.
