Anaphylaxis Action Plan
An Anaphylaxis Action Plan is an individualized disease management plan developed by a health care provider and the client/student with his or her family. The ND Anaphylaxis Action Plan, filled out in it's entirety, meets the requirement of ND Century Code Chapter 15.1-19 and can be used to document a students ability to possess and self-administer the emergency anaphylaxis medications in all ND schools.
