Radiation Incidents - how to contact us if you need to report an incident or accident involving radioactive materials.

Immediately report all incidents involving radioactive materials to the Department of Health at the following numbers:

Weekdays during business hours (7:30am - 5:00pm) - 701.328.5188

During off-hours and holidays -  1.800.472.2121 (State Radio)
                                                   or 1.701.328.9921 (From Out of State)

Please report all homeland security issues or terrorism concerns immediately!  Report suspicious activity or similar concerns to local law enforcement.
