HIV Reporting

According to North Dakota Century Code 23-07-01, the following are mandatory reportable conditions:
1. All positive HIV screening tests

2. Confirmed cases on HIV/AIDS

3. Pregnancy in women with HIV/AIDS

4. CD4 laboratory results

5. HIV viral load test results

These conditions may be reported by filling out an online disease report card by clicking here,
or by calling the Division of Disease Control at 701.328.2378 or 800.472.2180.
