AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)
The ADAP program is a state administered program that provides FDA-approved medications to low-income individuals with HIV disease who have limited or no coverage form private insurance of Medicaid.
Who may receive these services?
Any resident of North Dakota who has been infected with HIV/AIDS and has a gross income below
400 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL).
- A state-issued ID must be produced within 60 days of enrollment.
- The client must provide a pay stub from one month or a copy of their W2 forms from the previous year. All unemployed clients must submit written verification of their unemployment status.

in your area.
Drugs included on the North Dakota Ryan White Part B Formulary are reimbursed
100 percent. Clients can use any North Dakota pharmacy that has access to
the N.D. Medicaid Management System (MMIS) network.
