Division of Health Facilities
The Division of Health Facilities, in carrying out the
statutory and contractual responsibilities, evaluating the programs, services,
staff, buildings and equipment of the inpatient care facilities and outpatient
programs to assure they meet applicable standards and provide services
consistent with generally accepted practice.
There are currently 16 program areas served by the Division of Health
Facilities, listed at the left.
Mission Statement
We, the employees of the Division of Health Facilities,
promote the health, safety, quality of life, and independence of the residents
of North Dakota through education, and monitoring the care and services of
providers and suppliers consistent with state and federal requirements.
