Criteria for Recognition
1 Influential leaders could include a school superintendent, school administrator, mayor, city council member, legislator, etc. 2 Area 5 A Day nutritionists are listed in the 5 Plus 5 manual. If there is not a 5 A Day nutritionist in your area, you may also work with North Dakota State University Extension personnel or a designee approved by the state 5 A Day Coordinator at the North Dakota Department of Health. 3 At least one member of the partnership must have attended a 5 Plus 5 session provided by the North Dakota Healthy Heart Council. Trainings are held periodically in North Dakota.
